Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge (CFFC) - Places People Live Civilization around the  Paro Taktsang. - at a height of about 3100 meters. Mostly comprising of the people working or worshiping there and a few tourists. A difficult terrain, steep climb and isolated from the rest of the township. A difficult life indeed! The word prompt from Nancy's  A Photo A Week Challenge is Gilded. Clicked these pictures during my recent trip to Bhutan, at Buddha point - Thimphu. It is known as Buddha Dordenma statue. Everything here, from the gates to the walls, roof tops and the statues are all gilded. This is a strikingly common feature in Bhutanese architecture....
