I’ve found ways of sharing my baking so far. When the smoke clears here we’ll get back out walking to burn calories. Hope you do too.

Yes, I try to restrict the calories in all possible ways – I use almond flour, monk fruit sugar but sharing is the most effective way 😃

For the last couple of years we’d not stocked any ready-to-eat food at home in a (not very successful) attempt to lose weight. As a result, when the lockdown started, we went through a month when our intake of carns was very limited. With that and the extra work around the house, both of us managed to shed some kilos. Now I’m trying hard not to put it back on.

Lovely! Even we as a couple have lost weight during covid phase as we were conscious about the calorie intake right from the beginning of the wfh phase. We did indulge in a lot of homemade delicacies, but ensured we were low on carbs and it really worked for us… we are also working on maintaining the weight – the more difficult part 😃 thank you for sharing your thoughts 😊
