During lockdown times, when life is so monotonous, cooking innovative things has become my new pastime. Just trying to add some excitement into our lives… And when indulging becomes a daily affair, it’s important to keep a check on the intake of calories without compensating on the taste.
So as a ritual, I’ve substituted our traditional flour with almond flour and traditional white sugar with Monk fruit sugar – hope this is an healthy option!
Cooking or baking as a family is a great way to bond and a good stress buster too!
